I’m always excited when Kati reaches out to me about updating photos for her family. As time approached for a special girl’s third birthday she was eager to include a special segment of our time together with a special tea party set up. As the date got closer, the forecast looked bleak so we made plans to push to the next morning. Awaking up to the sunshine, brought a smile to my face as I prepared for the session. Table and chairs packed, along with a table cloth and tea set and I was ready to go!

We began our time around the table as little lady had a threerific tea party with her stuffed friends. She carefully helped all her animals to their tea and made sure all her animals were well taken care of. Dressed in a gorgeous dress, soon-to-be Ms. Three Year Old spent the rest of the time twirling and dancing around.

Once the little princess changed, the family photos began. I captured some stunning light backed images of the entire family. Images of the interaction between all the family was super sweet and were some of my favorites. We moved from the trail to the field and then finally down for some creekside photos.

I’ve taken family photos for the Leicht family for years now it’s always a delight to capture moments of them. Seeing how the family has grown, how each child has grown and changed, reminds me how important capturing moments is for each client I have. The Leicht session was picture perfect and I can’t wait to see how they display these moments.
