Before the fall season officially kicked off, I hosted my first batch of fall sessions at Faust Park. Two families braved the heat and joined me at the historic village. The village easily provided the fall feels no matter the reality of the temperature.

The Brown family has been friends for years and it’s always a blast to capture photos for them! Libby did another great job at coordinating their outfits and despite the heat, they rocked their time with me. Some of my favorite moments included individual shots of each kid and sibling groups.

Next was the Lester family. It had been some time since I last captured this family. With the oldest son now in middle school, Nicole was eager to get updated photos. Allowing the boys to bend the fall theme a little they came in shorts because it was so hot, but that didn’t stop getting some great “fall” moments. I loved how the boys brought a football to toss around and I loved capturing them.

While there was a little heat, there was a lot of fall magic! From coordinated outfits to a prop that supplied more that fun,  I couldn’t have wished for better sessions with these families. I love when I get to reconnect with clients, see how big the kids have gotten and capture moments in their new seasons of life!
