Dear Nicole,
It’s me. Your 35-year-old self (well in a day). I’m writing you to tell you some things I want you to know. You’ll take your passion of taking photos of everything and everyone, running out of film way too quickly and turn it into a business that you’ll love one day. You’ll learn what it takes to be a business owner the hard way, and it will make you a better person. You’ll practice angels, editing and posing for countless hours and it will make you a better person. You’ll make the mistake of not getting things in writing, and it will make you a better person. You’ll learn how to meld your enjoyment of writing, marketing and PR and use those tools to build your business and it will make you a better person. Basically, I just want to tell you that everything you’re going through now will make you a better person in the future, so keep on keeping on.
