Fall is my favorite time of year, especially in terms of capturing moments outside – The autumn leaves paint a gem colored masterpiece; the weather is cooler bringing out boots, cardigans and outfits in jeweled tones and there’s something in the air that seems magical.

The Stocktons
Shannon contacted me as soon as I announced these fall sessions, eager to have some images of her family taken. I thought their teens were a riot throughout our time together and it was easy for these siblings to laugh together. Celebrating 19 years of marriage made the images of Shannon and John just a little more special!
The Tuckers
I’ve known Dave and Amber Tucker for some time and I was happy to capture moments of this stunning family. Their daughters were eager to get photos taken, especially the ones climbing. I grabbed Dave and Amber for some couple shots and Amber is simply stunning in each of them! Ending the session as we celebrated the short life of their son was bittersweet as I had his older sister wrap themselves in his blanket.
The Karrs
The Karr kids are full of spunk, energy and a little goofiness! I loved capturing their interaction with one another as it quickly went sweet to goofy within a couple of frames! They had a blast during their time which was evident in the photos I captured.
The Boyds
Jason and Lauren Boyd came to their session with their two young daughters in tow. Baby girl was all smiles and once her big sister warmed up to me and the camera, we were ready to go! Capturing moments of the family together in the woods was breathtaking and candid. Mommy- and Daddy-and-me moments were simple precious!
Kristy Stretch
I had a great time getting to know Kristy better during her session, learning about the chamber choir she’s apart of as well as some books she’s reading. Channeling her inner Disney princess, I had her imagine she was in a magical forest and I captured stunning images and was serenaded with “A Whole New World”!
The Geringers
Brad and Ashley are beyond excited to welcome their baby boy to the world next month! Brad brought a sweet tea for his liquid courage as he doesn’t like pictures taken. He did a fabulous job or course and Ashley glowed the whole time we were together.
