One of the best ways to celebrate is by eating a donut. Parents, Lloyd and Ashley, planned their daughters’ birthday party with just that in mind as they hosted a special family celebration held at Ashley’s sister’s home in Herculaneum. With their oldest turning two in January and their baby turning one in February it made perfect sense to make it a double event.
Starting off the celebration, everyone sang to the oldest birthday girl and then to the almost one-year-old. Each girl had a special glazed donut to begin the festivities. A breakfast feast of casseroles, biscuits and gravy, fruit pizza, coffee punch and of course, donuts awaited the guests. Following breakfast, the girls opened gifts with the help of their parents and fell in love with many of the presents instantly.
It’s always a delight to capture moments for a family. These cuties being my nieces certainly sweetened the deal. Documenting a life event, even a birthday party, brings a special warmth to my heart that I hope translates through the moments I capture for my client.
