The first day of May was spectacular and it was an amazing day to capture some moments! I once again chose Laumeier Sculpture Park in Sunset Hills for the location for these springtime sessions.

My first session of the morning was a Mommy-and-Me session. I had the chance to capture moments of Amelia and her family two times in the past year and when she contacted me about spring photos, I was thrilled to capture more moments of this gorgeous mother with her three children. It was fun getting the boys engaged in the photos and the tickle fight I think did the trick! The cherry on top was that it was her baby girl’s first birthday so it made the moments captured even sweeter.

I had two sessions with the Borger family. Morgan contacted me about doing photos not only for her family of four, but getting another session for her mom and dad. I was thrilled to capture moments for this adorable family and even more thrilled that the grandparents were coming to make not only an extended session but also a Grandparent-and-Me session. There were so many fantastic moments captured from these sessions it was super hard to pick my favorites to show off!

As spring will soon give way to summer, I’m excited for my next round of mini sessions (minis are 20 minutes sessions at a discounted rate)!
