It was a gorgeous afternoon at Dolan Lake to capture some moments of the Voyles family. It’s always a delight to see this amazing family and my friend Emily.

Liam had grown a lot since last fall’s session and it was great to see him as he interacted with his dad and mom. In typical two-year-old fashion there were moments when he didn’t want to look at the camera or hold hands with his parents, but I turned it into a lively game and captured some genuine smiles in the process.

Dolan Lake was an ideal location for the session, giving the Voyles family loads of places to roam and discovered while I clicked away. It was also familiar to Liam who knew exactly where the playground was!
