Bart, Shannon, their adorable daughter Ruby and dog, Banks, met me at Rock Springs Park for some family photos. Shannon shared these would be the first professional photos since Ruby was born and I could tell even over the phone how excited she was to have them taken.
While it was cloudy, I was thankful that there was no rain in the forecast. Shannon chose the park which boasted some wonderful spots I scouted out when I arrived. Shannon had every detail planned including a second outfit for each member and Bart had gotten his sister to help with Banks while she wasn’t needed in a photo.
It’s always neat meeting and then capturing moments for a family I don’t know personally, especially when everyone meshes well! Bart and Shannon have a precious baby girl and I was thrilled to capture moments of this stunning family. Lisa Weed said, “Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life.” Ruby is clearly loved by her parents and her dog sister, Banks.
