Uncovered Hidden Treasures | St. Louis Family Photographer

John Wooden said, “The most important thing in the world is family and love.” I recently captured moments of the Leicht family as they became a family of four when they adopted their son (check out the blog here). Over the weekend, I got to capture moments of this loving and wonderful family as they needed updated photos of their family. It had been way too long!

Capturing the love between the members of this family was easy to do! Their interactions were engaging, fun and light-hearted. They easily laughed, smiled and showed love for one another. Candid moments between the family were some of my favorites and cast a spotlight on their family dynamics.

The last time I captured a family session was when they had first started fostering Tristan and began the process to adopt their son. Capturing these moments for them was the cherry on top to document their foster and adoption journey. Wanda Hope Carter said, “Family and friends are hidden treasures, seek them and enjoy their riches.” The Leicht family has found their treasure in their family and is demonstrated through their interactions with one another!
