Spring was definitely in bloom when I journeyed to Queeny Park in Town and Country for this year’s spring sessions. Returning to a location so soon after I hosted sessions their last spring, I was excited to capture more moments behind the stunning backdrops of the barn, barn courtyard garden and the Jarville House.
Pamela contacted me for her spring session after she was referred my way by a new client (referrals do work!). She was joined by her adult kids, Kristin and Brad, their spouses and her grandchildren. I spent some time getting to know the family and seeing if the older grandchildren liked getting photos taken (they were!) It was a delight capturing moments for this lovely family; I especially loved the candid in-between moments.
The Leicht family have been clients of mine for several years and it was such a fun time with them. The special part of this session was that I got to capture moments of their family along with their foster baby. Seeing this family pour love into their foster baby, not knowing the outcome of her story, simply melts my heart. Individual moments captured between each of them with the foster baby were the high point of my day!
I promised last year that it wouldn’t be the last time I would utilize this beautiful park and hosting spring sessions here again was almost a necessity. Spring was in bloom while there and even though prom goers might have crowded some areas, there was plenty of space for these stunning moments!
